Bought the Samsung R451C along with a $30 Straight Talk card on October 28 at Walmart. I activated the phone on the same day by calling the Straight Talk support number. The phone just like what I read in the descriptions - it's a pleasure to use it. Have had no problems with taking, sending or receiving pictures or adding in a 4 gb micro SD card for music. As noted, web is very sluggish, but it works as much as I expected. Gmail emails work. My experience with customer service on several occasions has been good, I am connected to a live person within minutes. The support is as good as my previous provider and maybe better. Certainly better than most computer vendors, for what it's worth. Overall, phone and 30$ plan are saving me at least 50% on my cellphone spending. I am a happy customer.
